Collection and delivery

Bin Hero collects from your property across our Sydney service area, Monday to Saturday. We do not collect on Sundays.

Is there a delivery charge?

No. There is no delivery or collection charge on top of the price shown. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay.

When will we come?

Book by 9pm and we collect the next day. You choose your collection date at checkout. If you book after the 9pm cut-off, the earliest available date moves to the following day.

Checking we collect at your address

Enter your postcode on any product page to confirm we collect at your address. Orders placed for an address outside our service area cannot be completed at checkout.

Same-day collection

We do not offer same-day collection. The earliest possible date is the next day, and only if the order is placed before the 9pm cut-off.

If you are not sure we cover your street

We do not publish a suburb list, because postcodes and council boundaries do not line up. The postcode checker on any product page is the only accurate answer, and it is instant. If it says we are not in your area yet, the waitlist form will tell you when we reach you — we cannot make exceptions outside the service area.

On the day

Please leave your bin accessible — kerbside, or wherever you told us it would be when you booked. If our driver cannot reach the bin, or the bin holds something we are not permitted to take, see our Refund and cancellation policy for what happens next.
